William Fochi (CRD #: 1773450), a broker and an investment adviser registered with Cantella & Co, is involved in a dispute regarding annuities, according to his BrokerCheck record, accessed on January 25, 2021.

On December 7, 2020, an investor alleged that William Fochi engaged in fraudulent and misleading conduct by making the unsuitable recommendation that the investor purchase $2,500,000-worth of annuity contracts within a two-month period.
