In October 2018 a customer alleged Gregory Collins, while employed at Raymond James Financial Services, violated industry rules, acted professionally negligent, aided and abetted the circumvention of an estate plan, breached his “duties to Know Your Customer and Protect a Specified Adult from Exploitation,” and was negligent in his supervisory duties. The customer is seeking more than $1,029,700 in damages in the pending complaint.
