According to his BrokerCheck report, he has received a pending customer complaint and was discharged from a former employer.

In May 2017 a customer alleged Harry Couch, while employed at WFG Investments, made unsuitable investment recommendations, misrepresented material facts, executed excessive trades and over-concentrated investments. The customer is seeking $1,500,000 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2008 he was terminated from his position at Triad Advisors after a “review of the facts and circumstances surrounding a possible misappropriation of client funds by a third party, and the subsequent attempt to cover up by” Mr. Couch.
