He is a registered broker with six US states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Maryland, and Nevada.

According to his BrokerCheck report, Frederick Fischer is the subject of two denied customer complaints.

In December 2015 a customer alleged Frederick Fischer, while employed at Sagepoint Financial, provided them with “incorrect and costly advice.” The customer sought $154,365 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.

In 2013 a customer’s trustee alleged Frederick Fischer, while employed at Sagepoint Financial, did not pay back the balance of a personal loan given by the customer after the customer’s death. The trustee sought $5,400 in damages in the complaint, which was denied.
