  • In 2004 a customer alleged Robert Sessa, while registered with Financial West Group, recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled in 2005 for $150,000.
  • In 2002 a customer alleged Robert Sessa, while employed at Financial West Group, recommended unsuitable investments. The complaint settled in 2003 for $175,000, to which Mr. Sessa individually contributed $175,000.
