In February 2016 a customer alleged Jason Turner, while employed at Wells Fargo Advisors, misrepresented material facts associated with the volatility of a unit investment trust position, and recommended unsuitable investments. The customer is seeking $10,600 in damages in the pending complaint.

In 2007 a customer alleged Jason Turner, while employed at Wachovia Securities, did not advise him of the surrender schedule, withdrawal options, or penalties associated with a Hartford Leaders Direct Outlook variable annuity. The complaint settled for $5,544, to which Mr. Turner individually contributed $5,544.

In 2002 a customer alleged Jason Turner, while employed at UBS Painewebber, executed an unauthorized trade. The complaint settled for $2,000.
