Pasquale Vitucci hosts investment seminars in California and has 19 disclosed customer complaints, according to his FINRA BrokerCheck Report.

On January 12, 2015 a complaint was filed against Pasquale Vitucci alleging the variable annuities he recommended to his customer were unsuitable. That complaint is still pending arbitration with FINRA.

On August 20, 2013 a customer filed a complaint against Pasquale Vitucci alleging poor performance, excessive fees, misrepresentation of material facts, and unsuitable investment recommendations. Unfortunately, this complaint was closed and no official action was taken on the investor’s behalf.

On October 28, 2011 a complaint was filed against Mr. Vitucci alleging misrepresentation of material facts relating to a transfer of account problem. The case was settled for $3,528.

On April 24, 2010 a complaint was filed by an investor against Pasquale Vitucci alleging, among other thing, violation of the California Corporations Code, breach of fiduciary duty, fraud and omission of material facts. The complaint settled for $165,000.

On November 9, 2009, a customer filed a complaint against Vitucci alleging unsuitable investment recommendations and breach of fiduciary duties. The complaint settled for $150,000.

On November 24, 2008, an investor complaint was filed against Pasquale Vitucci alleging churning, fraud, omission of material facts, breach of fiduciary duty and misrepresentation of material facts. According to Pasquale’s BrokerCheck, $90,000 in damages were granted.

On January 9, 2006 a customer complaint was filed against Pasquale Vitucci alleging the variable annuity sold to the investor in 2000 was unstable for his investment goals.  The complaint settled for $7,500.

Pasquale Vitucci has been a registered broker at National Planning Corp. since 2008. Before that he worked for AIG Financial Advisors from 2005 to 2008. Mr. Vitucci worked for Sunamerica Securities from 2000 to 2005. He has also worked for Securities America and California One Investments.
